Rosemary Dijon Dressing

Sometimes, we develop a recipe in the kitchen that is so addictive, we rush here to share the goodness. This dressing was one of those accidental delicious discoveries that we discovered for dinner just last week!

It’s a simple mayo-based dressing packed with a flavor profile somewhere between traditional ranch dressing and honey mustard. In addition to dressing a salad, this works beautifully as a dip, as well. Pair it with chicken tenders or corn dogs, or even brush it on freshly grilled chicken.

Rosemary Dijon Dressing
(Recipe inspiration: BellyFull)

2 TBSP mayonnaise
2 TBSP plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp dried chives
1/4 tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.

RECOMMENDATION: Our favorite way to use this dressing is on a tossed salad of romaine hearts, roasted chicken, diced green apple, and fried sliced almonds. It’s our new favorite salad!
