Sticky Asian Glaze for Chicken

Sweet, umami, and spice! This glaze is a quick and simple way to add some flavor and zing to roast chicken. Simply simmer these ingredients for a couple minutes, brush onto the chicken of your choice, and enjoy!

TIP: You might serve a small bowl of this tasty glaze on the side, as well. My husband loves to smother this tasty stuff all over everything!

Sticky Asian Glaze for Chicken

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 TBSP hoisin sauce
1 TBSP Sweet Chili Sauce
2 tsp ginger, peeled and grated
1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of one lime

Whisk together all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens. Brush over chicken and serve.
