Looking for ways to get more seafood into your diet? This one is so easy and even more flavorful! Just season, throw in the oven, and BOOM! Delicious baked cod with the flavors of Old Bay Seasoning.
NOTE: If you aren’t an Old Bay fan, feel free to substitute your favorite seasoning blend.
To make this a balanced meal, throw some veggies in the oven to cook alongside the fish. I recommend Asparagus Amandine or simple roasted zucchini. We love easy dinners!

Old Bay Cod and Veggies

1 lb cod
2 TBSP butter
1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Heat oven to 375F.
Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Place the fish fillets in the baking dish and top with butter. Season with Old Bay and garlic powder. Add more butter and/or seasoning to your liking if needed.
Bake for 30 – 40 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
