In an effort to develop our skills in the kitchen, we’re taking cooking classes on Masterclass. The first one we finished was Gabriela Cámara Teaches Mexican Cooking. We were so excited to get into the kitchen and apply some of our new knowledge with her recipes for Salsa Verde Cruda, Adobo Rojo de Chiles, and Tacos al Pastor.
This was our first time working with achiote, tomatillos, and several varieties of chilies, and we’re excited about how much this is developing our palates. It smells amazing in our kitchen today! We’re thrilled by the possibilities of making more Latin flavors from scratch. Thank you, Gabriela!
Since these aren’t our recipes, and we didn’t make any adjustments, we’re simply going to link directly to the original recipes. We’ve also purchased Gabriela’s cookbook, My Mexico City Kitchen, to add to our ever-growing library and can heartily recommend doing the same!
